Asian funeral directors in London
We are an independent funeral home in Edgware, North London, and we care for Indian and Asian families of every faith. Every tradition has its own rites, customs and timings. We take the time to understand yours, and we follow your family's wishes to the letter.
We are here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and religious festival days.
Hindu funerals
Our funeral home has its own mandir, with murtis of Ganeshji, Hanumanji and Shiv, where families can hold viewings and final rites. There is a private room where the family can wash and dress their loved one, with our team there to help.
We can put you in touch with priests who specialise in Swaminarayan, Jain, Hindu-Punjabi, Sindhi and Marathi traditions. Hindu cremation services start from £2,375 in North London, with crematorium and doctor's fees on top.
Sikh funerals
Sikh families often want the cremation to take place as soon as possible. We understand this, and we move quickly to make the arrangements, with care and respect at every step.
Jain funerals
We can arrange a priest for Jain pooja, and families can hold viewings and final rites in our mandir before the cremation.
Muslim funerals
For Muslim families, we arrange burials with mosques across London, in line with Islamic law and tradition.
We also arrange
Christian and
non-religious funerals, so wherever your family's faith sits, we can help.
Taking your loved one home
If your family would like your loved one to rest in India, Kenya, Pakistan or another country, we look after
the whole repatriation for you, including the paperwork and the travel arrangements. It usually takes about a week to ten days, or longer if a coroner is involved. We can also arrange for ashes to travel overseas.
